Offer: Option B - KPMG: 24.8 LPA fixed + up to 20% variable, hybrid in Bangalore (Role: IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture - Consultant)

Would you prioritize fixed pay + remote comfort or higher CTC + consulting brand exposure?
