yes switch capgi have good team in most projects

they have less NP and still Indian mgmt but will get european policy favour in some cases

Switch. All IT companies are offering the same WLB. The only reason you can think of staying back is Accenture guarantees a promotion next cycle where your hike wil be similar (doubtful considering what's going on now) or if the role in Capgemini doesn't align with your goals.

Accept that offer and look for better ones during notice. If you are due for a promotion in Accenture then re think, else switch
