Should I Switch?

Hi Grapes,

I'm having 4.2 YOE in IT in total including 3.7 years in field of Data Engineering.

Company A (9 Months) Company B (3 years) Company C (current company with 7 months as of now)

The projects in my current company are all short projects and project tagging is based on irrelevant skills. Even irrelevant skills needs time to learn but as the projects are short, they push to complete the work and marking us incompetent to do work, without understanding new skills even need time.

In short, mismanagement, pressurizing leadership, and no proper facilities in the company.

Should I switch? I don't want to get labelled by HRs that I'm a person doing frequent switches.

Need guidance.
