Should I stick or switch ?

My current salary 10k/month Type : start-up yoe: 1 year work: PCB Design Engineer responsibility: to deliver best PCB Design learning opportunities: low location: Surat, Gujarat reason for switching: not get 4 month salary and not willing to hike from 10k

Next destination: Type: not star-tup but not MNC responsibility: deliver full project from developing to designing learning opportunities: feels much much better than current. 3 month training for 10k salary during training after training 15k to 20k or more if possible... 2 year soft bond work: Embedded Hardware Engineer location: Surat, Gujarat

please clear my confusion 🙏

I will suggest you to upskill yourself and if possible, move out of Surat if the opportunities are few there, preferably to Bangalore or Hyderabad. Investment in yourself in the initial years of your career will pay off in the long term.

At the risk of sounding arrogant, Have you tried your luck at palaces like Honeywell/ Hitachi / General Electric etc.

One of my LinkedIn connection just went from Patwa Kinarivala Electronics Limited to Otis elevators.

As this is a niche job role I'm believing never had any hype cycle like SDE roles, so this micro market should be pretty consistent.

All the best, don't get struck at lala companies, at times they'll not even credit the PF money.
