I am currently earning 6.4 LPA with a total of 4 years of experience, including 2 years at Infosys. I want to go to the US. Should I stay here and ask my manager to register me for the H1B draw in March, or should I try to switch companies and ask the next employer?

On what grounds are you confident that events will unfold as you anticipate? Even if your manager registers you for the draw, there is no guarantee of selection. Even if you are fortunate enough to be chosen in the initial draw and secure a visa, there remains no certainty that you will be aligned with a suitable opportunity or able to travel promptly. Ultimately, it is a matter of taking calculated risks.
