Trending @Accenture; Should i stay or switch company?

I’m having total 3.8 years of experience in Accenture and my current fixed ctc is 7 lpa. When i joined Accenture my career role started as an “Application Development Associate” and after 1.5yrs got promoted as “Tech Architecture Analyst” and after 1.5yrs again promoted to “Tech Architecture Sr Analyst” in which working in a Data Engineering role currently, now recently in January they’ve updated my current role to “AI/ML Computational Science Sr Analyst” as i need to apply AI & ML skills to build solutions for my current project in coming days…!

So, Suggest me whether i need to stay and grow up my career in this new AI/ML field or switch to other company for better salary and even growth too?

If there's no financial dependency, stay for atleast 6+ months. So that you would gain some hands-on/experience in AI/ML domain then using that experience switch.

The answer is always to keep looking out. You can't ask now whether you should be staying or move out.

Get a offer. Then ask. Check in market what's happening and what roles you are getting.

The title in Accenture doesn't matter.

First get offer letters and compare.

And the answer is always, keep moving forward and jumping in general most of the scenarios and contexts.

I was in a similar place as you I waited to learn that hot new skill and because of that I was able to get a 120% hike. So as soon as you feel that okay I got this tech start looking you will find many opportunities.

@TommyShelby666: Don’t feel yourself lucky. This is just their tactics to make good people stay. If you find an opportunity then leave. Your current CTC is way less than the market standards. I have been in the same place. There is little or no benefit if you try to stay.
