I have been in TCS since August 2023 and this is my first job. FYI, I'm 21 years old. Tbh, I'm so fcked up staying here. I mean, the salary is not worth the work which I'm doing. Also, the head or project, analysts here...i really wanna spit to their face and get outta here every second. Also, I've heard that the salary will be at least above 25K INR for my role outside TCS.
I really need to switch from TCS either to acquire a Master's Degree abroad or to get a job in the same role in foreign countries.
[Note: Can you also let me know that which is safer,like..is it safe to search for another job after resigning from TCS or resign from TCS only after getting another Job?]
Can you guys let me know which one should i select, so that it might make my future even more brighter rather than staying under a shadow in TCS?!

2023 means fresher .no no to resign . Gain experience at work and you are doing you need minimum 3 years experience to showcase outside to land a good job. Balance work life and improve your skills.
Once nearing to 3 years when confident resign and look for other jobs typically in q1 n q2
