Trending @Infosys; Should i stay or leave Infosys?
Im currently JL4 with 9.5LPA. I have 2 years of experience in RPA. Last year i got a hike of 14% and project is also chill with good teammates and chill manager. Additionally i have an MBA degree from IIM. I feel like my package is too low for my profile. What would you all suggest i do? Switch for better package or stay for now?
I think you are getting better hike internally, chill life with balanced work load is more important compared to high pay and all over tension in my views

I am assuming you had 0 experience , non computer science engineering background and from one of the new IIMs. Question to ask your self are you learning in your current project, are you developing a new skill/domain. If the learning there stay for another year and then pivot. Depends how confident you are with your skill set. Rpa with AI is in rage so you can pivot to automation product companies like workato, automationanyhwere, blue prism etc
Irrespective of package everyone thinks they are underpaid. What matters is demand for your skills in the market and your level of expertise in them. Research the market and if you feel you can get into a higher bracket, take a chance

You have degree from IIM and working in Infy ? Better switch bro . Other companies will pay much more than this .
Tell me really ur getting that much hike because normally infosys doesnt give that much hike ...only may be ur from mba from iim and ur work maybe
