Should I stay or leave?

I have put paper from my current company and been offered a raise of 50% on the base pay by them. I have 2 offers inhand that pays well with higher position should I wait or leave. 1 offer is from Infosys with 90% raise in base pay and one is having 110% increase in base pay both service based company.
