Trending @Accenture; Should I stay in Accenture?

I got stuck in a very bad project. More than that I didn't get any raise last year. This year too they are thinking of giving me pip because of internal politics. Am Assoc Manager but my salary is 22 lac per annum. As for Accenture ads I see the new joiners as SE with same skill set are joining for 20 lac. They won't give roll off from this project. Nor good work as they can show case client they have got a candidate with so much experience and the profit they are getting from my salary that won't be possible with other candidate. It's suffocating.
