Should I stay back?

I got an offer from Kyndryl of 60%hike on my current+JB+VP and WFH till the project permit. Now TCS is ready to match the offer with the condition of RTO. Please guide.

Ask to remove RTO requirements then stay

I don't think it will work considering the current management focuses on RTO.

Always take your chance. Ask them and see what happens

Just my suggestion
Take the hike from TCS with immediate effect and stay for 6 months then try to switch so you can demand more for next offer as you are skilled you can crack interviews later

@SpicyAnimal3 doesn't it come with some sort of conditions?

I'm not exactly sure of it but after 6 months there won't be any issue to resign again as you are not signing any bonds
