Trending @Accenture; Should I shift to Product Management?

Currently, I have been working as an IT Consultant for the past 3 years. I have worked as a Business Analyst for 5 years and Software Developer for 2.5 years. Should I consider moving to Product Management or continue growing as an IT Consultant? My main consideration is related to Work Life Balance and Monetary growth. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance. Also, suggest how to transition to Product Management.
