Should i shift from oracle with a paycut

i work at oracle as ic2 getting sde3 from a startup in last mile delivery but theyre not paying same 45 current with 27.5 base rest stocks. startup 40 ctc with 31 base rest stocks and variable. I have other opportunities like oracle internal, amazon, google, confluent and microsoft lined up for interviews. have to decide about the offer in the next 3 days.

The startup culture, work and growth looks very promising had a talk with cto. Dont know how to proceed help with your suggestions please.
