Should i shift from oracle with a paycut

i work at oracle as ic2 getting sde3 from a startup in last mile delivery but theyre not paying same 45 current with 27.5 base rest stocks. startup 40 ctc with 31 base rest stocks and variable. I have other opportunities like oracle internal, amazon, google, confluent and microsoft lined up for interviews. have to decide about the offer in the next 3 days.

Lesser CTC for more working hours and less perks/benefits? Think about it thoroughly.

unfortunately in oci you have working hours as high as can be if u arent able to grasp a hold of some meaningful projects and are favoured by leadership

i forgot to mention i cannot remain in the current team had a falling out with my manager and things have taken a turn for the worse in this place i have ruined relationships here a bad mistake i made the manager left cause she could not handle the work pressure.
