Should I share the complete offer letter of the other company to get a counter offer?
I have two offers in hand, but I want to negotiate with 3rd company to get better/counter offer. Should I share an entire offer letter received from the other company to prove that I have an offer letter or only Salary breakup page is enough to share?
I feel offer letters are confidential, so shouldn't be shared.

No, it's not necessary to share an entire offer letter. In some cases they don't even ask for it, they just keep checking if you are bluffing or not 😉
