Trending @Infosys; Should I Retain?
I have two offers in hand as below:

Accenture: providng 15lpa fix and 4.5lpa variable. Hike of 48%

ltimindtr. ee: providing: 16.4lpa with 10% variable. Hike of 50%
Both the companies are at different metropolitan cities like banglore, kolkata where I need to relocate. I currently reside at my native location with family. My current company is trying to retain me with hike with 30%. Should I retain or not?
Dont join accenture ..mindtree is far better than accenture ...
Better to retain as living cost in banglore is too high
Don't fuckin retain , on paper you'll have 15-16 lpa. After few years you'll be eligible for a much higher hike. Hustle brother , don't retain yourself

50% is way to less hike for you to leave home, don't leave home for just money, either it should be big big money or big company or heavy learning opportunity.
