Should I resign or bear the toxic manager

Hi guys, I have around 1.3 years of experience even tho I am a 2023 grad. My company put an unwanted extension over my internship. Hence I have 1.3 years of full time experience. My current project is a security project based on C++,C# . Basically a legacy codebase and my manager is really really toxic. He demands a PR every 2 days and no matter how much u justify he doesn't listen. I am really frustrated with this behaviour of his and intend to make a switch as soon as possible. I recently got reached out by a Google recruiter but deep down I know I am not prepared. I study dsa in whatever time I get. Need y'all suggestions whether I should bear him till I complete 2 years of experience or resign? Also if any of you could get me an interview at your organization. The help would be really appreciated!!!

If you can bear ur manager, then be there, prepare well and jump. Resigning without another offer is risky

I will share my personal experience. Last year, i was at the same position. It was not due to toxic manager but serious salary issue. Even on my notice period, i was not getting any calls. Almost waiting for 2 months to get the next job. I was hardly getting any calls. But my friend, being in that job , prepared well and jumped with a hike. For me, i was not in a position to ask hike as i was jobless. So i feel its a personal preference. If you can somewhat manage , then be there and prepare and apply jobs

1st get an offer. And only after getting offer letter resign. Resigning without an offer with less experience is highly risky. Always get an offer and then resign.
