Trending @Capgemini; Should I resign? No hike for 30 months since joined

Working in CG since July 22 and till now didn’t get any hike. Planned to Put paper on Jan 1st week and searching for the job. Am sure in the 1st quarter after budget allocation many companies have fund and they start hiring. Btw am 8.5 years experience lead Java backend developer. Any suggestions? Is it good idea

When the market improves, they will genuinely face issues

Switching is best option bro..but resigning without having an offer is also equally risky...so I would suggest you to have some funds or other person's support for your expenses if any serious situation arises. I agree everyone have to think in an optimistic way but sometimes we have to think practically as well. All the best
