I’m feeling very exhausted in my current project due to a lack of support and clear communication. When I ask for tasks or clarification, responses often come after several hours, but I’m later questioned about productivity during that time. I was hired for a backend role, yet I’m being assigned work unrelated to it, which adds to the pressure. Overall, the constant blame and lack of guidance have been mentally draining
