Should I resign immediately
I am getting an offer of 15 LPA in Accenture, Pune which is way too far from my hometown.
On the other hand my current CTC is 8.48 after Digital and 2 A bands. The manager is ready to give promotion. Location is Lucknow and I am from kanpur. 3 hours distance.
Total YOE is 3 years 9 months, System Engineer, C1 grade
Which one to choose ? Should I resign or get the promotion, how much is the hike for C2 (ITA).

Go to Accenture...Struggle for some days.... Struggle will make you a better version of yourself... Come out of comfort zone ..

Move on Bro, u r in the starting phase of ur career, move out earn money and at later point of time if you decide to come back near your hometown, there are other companies as well in Lucknow, try there. But as of now leave TCS and increase your package. TCS new CEO is a shit we never know what shit is he going to do next.

If any year u get C ur salary will be in danger, check ur CTC, there is a variable component for digital trainees. If u converted from ninja to digital.
Lucknow is nt a great plan for IT, in other hand Pune u will get better exposure.
Other hand Accenture is not a completely different if ur nt joining Accenture management consulting.
At ur age risk can be taken, which is an added advantage
Decide wisely and think in both ways. Congratulations 🎉

Thanks for your suggestions @AN1

Accenture main variable ka bhahut zhol hain. 15 LPA fixed raha toh ja nahi toh mat. My friend went to accenture with similar package but actual increment is around 10%. Please check variable component. Accenture pays variable component 10% of said value

No point is waiting for the promotion here... 15% hike your salary would become Max 9.5lpa. more than 50% of it will be in variable. So your inhand salary will not increase significantly. And for that you will have to wait a lot.
Instead join Accenture, take experience there... Work for 1-2 years..and switch again agr pasand nhi aaya to.

Abhi family ka comfort dekhega to jeevan bhar wahi reh jayega

Speak to hiring manager in Accenture and ask for location as Noida.. kanpur is not far from Noida now

Its your time to travel and see the places. dont be confined to one state/city, explore cultures. You can come back to your hometown later, go for Accenture.
