Should I resign from my current company without offer letter in my hand

I have got the opportunity from other company but they are not giving me the offer letter stating that they will give me the offer letter at the joining in this situation should I resign from current company without any formal letter in hand and just the mail

Hellllll Nooo... Bro. ..I got one offer and resigned and I thought that I would get another better offer, it's been 2 months of resigned date..I have got zero calls in March, even If I am serving notice... Let's see what happens in the last 30 days🤷‍♂️
