Should I resign from my current company without offer letter in my hand
I have got the opportunity from other company but they are not giving me the offer letter stating that they will give me the offer letter at the joining in this situation should I resign from current company without any formal letter in hand and just the mail

Is this a reputed brand ? Or have a good amount of workforce strength? I mean it’s ok if they don’t share the entire offer agreement / contract now .. usually it’s we are happy to offer you bla bla.. please accept in x days and attached is compensation breakup. I think this is enough for you to resign.
