The 3 months notice period is there and because of it no one is hiring me. I have 3 years of experience in ReactJS. Should I consider putting a resignation and then should I look for a Job?
Why not . If you don’t get anything in 2.5 months you can always pull back your resignation

I will suggest, put your papers and try to switch but if are unable to land an offer or feeling uncertain you can take back your resignation. Worst case scenario you will be released from your project and will be put on bench.

If you're confident in your skills go ahead and resign, try to find if you can find someone who can refer you
Don't tell about the days of notice period try to get offer letter then negotiate with ur HR for early release
