I am currently employed in ltts and serving 2 year of bond. But I got better offer outside. I am not happy with the salary of 4lpa nor with the work they are offering. Please tell me what to do.

new company might give buyout money.... ask for it.... also you may not have to pay 2L.... they generally decrease it based on the time you served
