Trending @Accenture; Should I resign?

I have been working on the same package at which I was hired 3 years ago. The workload has increased tenfolds since then, I am not allowed to charge for shift allowance even when they expect me to be available for more than 12 hours in a day as they don't want to charge extra to the client. Every time I bring up anything about this or hike/promotion the leadership just brushes it off saying "this is normal in corporate and everyone in the team has been working the same way"

I am in the same situation, but got lucky in terms of hikes/promotion because I had good people lead.. now, market value for my position is 1.9x.. need to switch but not getting calls. Without offers I can't resign, and with a 90 day notice period, can't get calls.

Yeah stuck in the same situation but few of my colleagues actually did resign saying "notice period kam hote jayega toh calls apne aap aayenge" and got placed at packages ranging from 2x to 5x of what they were earning here so I was thinking the same tbh
