Should I resign?

I'm planning to drop my paper tomorrow. We (as a team) are to blame even though we deliver what we promised and we are proactively working more than enough

But since the project is in need to go live ASAP, we are in constant stress, and blamed everytime. The management in CIEC is worst [atleast with my experience] than service companies I feel.

No one supported us when they should have, but now it's too late. We talked about this with management, and none taken account for or being action upon. So I've lost my final straw.

I'm dropping paper tomorrow and most of them are off till Jan 6, so I think my first 15 days of notice period will be smooth so I'll use that to prepare for my upcoming interviews, and I've no offer since no one approached for not serving notice period.

But considering the market i think the chances of getting offer while serving notice period is high. Should I drop paper? - Need Suggestions

Yes. (Market is Good?)
No. (Why? Why?)
Maybe (please give a comment or reason)

Very true. I dropped my papers without offers 3 months back... and I've been getting interview calls 1-2 times a week

so far, have given more than 13-14 interviews all with different companies

Hey bro, just resign. You will find another job, and your company will find another person to give them sleepless nights. This is an endless cycle, so don't think too much about it.

depends heavily on how long ur notice period is. if its 2 months or below u can wait till u have an offer and then quit. If its soemthing like 3 months, then yeah drop ur papers. but usually between mid december and mid jan, hiring takes a pause and picks up from there. make sure u account for that as well in ur calculation

2 months, I'm a key resource, so i think i may have leverage here

If you are financially good ( can survive for few months without salary) then go ahead. Ideal solution is always to put down paper when you have an offer in hand.

May I suggest differently?
Don't put the paper. Consider you have resigned already and don't do any work and prepare hard..
Get a job first.

Resign immediately without any tension at all

I'm being like that for last 3 months, since none of them are not ready to interview people who are not serving notice period and considering my skills, I'm taking this decision

Oh then go ahead with full confidence. Good luck!
You may find some urgent openings

I would suggest donโ€™t put papers till the time you have any job offer in your hand. Market is slow currently.

Yeah. But being in my current role, kinda playing with knifes. Like i told, they are playing blame games most of the time
