Capgemini is my first company, and I have been working here for 4 years on the same project as a SQL Developer with limited growth and a low salary. I have been trying to switch companies for the past year, but due to the notice period and fewer openings in my field, I have not received any offers. I am upskilling myself, but I am unsure if I should resign and focus entirely on finding new opportunities. What should I do?"
This is not something new, this is in other dept of CG also who are facing same issues.

Resign bro! If ur not growing and salary is low, it's time to move on. Focus on finding new opportunities full-time. Upskilling is gr8, but don't let the notice period hold u back. Go for it! 💪
