should I resign?
Heard layoffs around the corner at Paytm. Is it better to resign and start searching for jobs already or wait before the final HR call comes in? Many people affected in the last cycle haven't gotten jobs yet. I may or may not be affected. At what stage have layoff discussions progressed any idea?
If you resign, they will release you earlier. If paytm will ask you to go, you will get severance pay
