Ltimindtree has released offer of 11lpa, just thinking should I resign, will they revise it at a later stage.. how's job market right now and how's Mindtree doing..

Job market is descent. One can get a better offer- however, I would suggest keep giving more interviews. Practice. Better compensation is always subject to the role you are to be given, the skill set required for the role and the interview feedback.
Even if you resign- make sure you are interviewing aggressively in the next 90 days. 15 lpa would be reasonable given your total experience and role.

You now don't have to worry about not having a job after resignation since you already have one from Lti.
Use these 2 months to apply to dozens of companies, interview as much as possible. Keep quoting higher offers.
Right when you are about to finish your 60 day notice period you'll get a lot more calls (don't forget to update as immediate joiner in Naukri and linkedin)
