Should I reschedule my Microsoft interviews?

I have been preparing on leetcode for the past 4–5 months. I feel confident with topics like sliding window, dynamic programming, some linked list problems, and a few popular graph and tree problems. However, I haven’t done much system design preparation. I recently started going through the HelloInterview resource, but I still don’t feel confident since I’ve never had any system design interviews before as my previous interviews were all for SDE 1. What should I do?
