Should I quit TCS
My project is worst I got 3 escalations just for asking Doubts in a month, I have no experience in any project sofar they kept me on Bench for 7 months now there is no learning in project no help no KTs, shall I quit TCS? Or shall I ask for project release ?, I'm a Digital candidate and the problem is if they give C band I'll get Ninja package.
Quit. If you're not learning and getting escalations for asking questions, it's a dead end. Don't waste your time. Find a place where you can grow.
Try to come out of the project first. Then you can save digital

l asked for release after spending a year in non technical project , so they gave me D band , after 6 months of Band distribution they put me on PIP and when l asked my manager why did you put me on PIP for 3 months they said its a consequences of D band , and he said if you are not able to reach PIP goal , you have to exit from TCS , and there is one more problem l am pursuing MCA from sastra , l will be having last sem exam on Dec , when l asked manager, will this PIP affect my MCA degree , he is not not answering my questions , what should I do now , l am slowly dying day by day
Nothing comes before your mental health so don't hope things to change. Ask for a project release or else quit.
Better try outside you will get a better package with your current ctc rather than worrying about your band
Quit before they give you C, use the 3 mother notice period to job hunt, even if you miss you'll be able to negotiate on the basis of your Digital Salary. If you get a C idk if you'll be able to get the better package or not
