Trending @Accenture; Should I question my Lead?
I had checked workday portal trick to know promotion on Friday, and there is no change in position. One of teammate from same project on same level got position change which means she got promoted.
Should I question my lead regarding this, why am I not promoted! Actually they promised me promotion this cycle, but sadly ntng.
Should I wait till official outcomes connect or can I reach him now and ask?
And to your sympathy, promotions this cycle are gonna be joke as it will just be 12-13% hike....better get promoted this December and now be happy with 3-5% hike
Are you sure? Accenture providing only 13% hike on promotion. That less? Previously they used to give 25% hike on promotion!
Thats what i have been hearing recently....and even my manager told me that outcomes are going to be less than average this time....so 12-13% seems possible

Just ask PL if you're promoted or not. Anyway they'll disclose it in this week
Wait for official communication
Most probably you are going to get some excuse regarding why you were not promoted
And you'll have your lead's anger too that unnecessarily you're seeing unofficial sources or questioning on something there's no record on, and any which way it seems you'd have a discussion after its officially revealed in a week, so what do you expect to get changed within this week by seeing and approaching with unofficial records?
