Trending @Accenture; Should I put my papers down?

I am currently in Accenture with 2.4 years of experience in Salesforce development .I have got one offer from a mid sized kolkata based company in which I told them I have 90 days of NP but I said I will try to convince my manager for early release (45 days). I got the offer letter yesterday in which they have given 35% of the hike with respect of my current CTC. Should I put my papers ?
