Should I negotiate my notice period?

I am pretty early on in my career. In my appraisal, my notice period increased from 1 month to 2 months. I'm okay with the rest of the stuff. Shall I negotiate the notice period or not?

In other departments, I'm aware that notice period hasn't increased. But for my dept, everyone's (at my level) notice period has increased. What shall I do? Please guide me in comments.
