Should I move to EU if I have a salary of around 25LPA in India as a Devops Engineer ?

I am basically confused, I really want to experience other culture in general; but for me in India I cannot experience or explore anything other than work like 24/7 availability, late night work and the current work requires me to work in US timezone and let us address the elephant in the room taxes in India, now hear me out taxes in EU are high but the benefits are good compared to India like WLB (especially being an SRE/Devops), less stressful work environment. I do not want anyone to mess with me after 6 PM post work.

I feel risk >>>>>>> regret

I got an admission at a University in EU region but I am seriously contemplating the possibilities ?

Please leave your comments, Is anyone on the same boat ?

Gain experience in India and on that itself apply for companies in EU. Don't spend money on education etc in EU. There are multiple companies in EU and UK which offers jobs based on Indian education and experience

I agree to this point partially but it would take ages until I receive an offer from a company and the visa process is slow, but anyways i will linger around with this thought in my head

I don't think so. Find a better company in india. I work in an Indian company and no one calls me after 7PM. That is because I set those boundaries. No matter how important it is I don't pick up calls in case someone calls when it's my off hours.
