Should I move to Dubai?

Found a company with openings in Dubai. Said company will help with work visa and relocation assistance. For context, I am a native Mumbaikar and work in marketing, currently in-between jobs.

What say, peeps? Should I move? Can anyone help with me with the pros and cons?

For the record, I want to go to a company that pays well, and offers a good WLB (which is tough in India).

Dubai is the best city to move abroad nowadays. It offers a luxury living and great quality of life if you're going under the qualified worker visa making atleast 30k AED per month. Also Dubai is tax free meaning you'd save alot in taxes which you'd have ended up paying to your government had you been making the same in your home country.

Then not worth it. You're better off if your home country in that case. I think any income below 25k AED is slavery and exploitation in Dubai. You may probably make much more in your home country.
