Should I move back to my previous Org.

Hi guys Need urgent suggestion.

I left citi in Jan 2026 and moved over to mastercard. I'm planning to go back to citi now and my previous citi manager is supportive of it given my track there.

My reason for moving back is lack of interesting work here at mastercard while at citi I was in trading tech.

Given all of the restructuring and layoffs happening at citi right now , is it a wise decision to move back?

There are no structural comp difference and I'll be moving laterally with essentially no increment over my current comp.
