Should I look for switch company?

YOE: 6 Years 3.5 years in one series A startup. They are still struggling 2.5 years in another small start-up. A little more famous than the previous one (current)

TC: 30 LPA (all cash. No stocks) 6 days work week. No WFH. sandwich holiday. No 🎉 ofc parties.

I have worked backend at all these places.

I really want to work at some good companies with lesser work load and more life. I want to have some life outside ofc, some trips, may be some hobbies etc. but at the same time maintain financial stability.

Suggest some companies that I should avoid and one I should target.
