Trending @Infosys; Should I look for other offers?

I have joined infy sep 2021 as TL JL5 with 12,80,000 and just got one increment and now it's 13.5 , but my overall experience is 10 years. I am working on the projects from very first month and almost every day it's 12 hours shift , although don't have much burden now and has been performing well but I see many juniors of mine almost 4-5 years are getting way better salaries and from the tech skills perspective they are not better , it's just they are fetching very good offers , I am feeling like my financial growth got stopped here. So should I look for other opportunities as I think my salary is not justified.
