Decent hike Regarding promotions: You should have a clear communication with your supervisor, lets say (Ask your supervisor to set some targets/goals for you to achieve for promotion, in the feedback time show your stats and then bingo. I mean sometimes it happens automatically and sometimes you have to ask for it depending on your team strength and client budget) Golden Rule: you don't have to show off what you are doing instead let your supervisor know who did that, coz it's an MNC there are snakes who steal your work and then there are A*"*oles who don't do anything and brag like they did everything / the whole project depends on them.
