Should I leave tcs with 50% hike in current market?

Please go ahead it's very good hike . You have to work in TCS till your retirement to achieve that.

Compared to variable pay in TCS.. we can leave with minimum 30% as well.. only thing make sure u don’t again fall in variable component in other company negotiate as much as for fixed component
