Should I leave my job and join the family business

I am working in production support for one of the biggest custodian banks. I just joined in Jan as an intern global campus hire, converted in June ending as full time. My salary is around 12 lakhs with 78K monthly cash in hand.

My father insisted that I join the family business , he is against my job. We are earning around 1.5-2 lakhs in the family business in Surat, Gujarat. My father is seeing a good chance of business expansion in the future if I join.

I feel I can make my future in the finance industry by pursuing CFA and getting the required switch. What should I do
