Should I join thoughtworks?

How is current scenario at thoughtworks? Are projects available? I am getting hire for associate developer or graduate application developer which is entry level role and will have training of 1 year (mentoring etc) . Is it okay to join my salary is getting 3x. Or layoffs are even for freshers?
