How much is variable in 19? I am having 9.3 years experience. TCS has offered me 26 with 2.5 quarterly variable. Level - C3A

If possible negotiate and try to increase with any 2nd offer. Because for your experience I think it's less. It should be atleast 22. Once u join tcs u will not get any hike for next year. And next next year also very less maybe like 5-7 percent

Just accept the offer and join a new company. It will take you more than 3-4 years to get that 40% hike here.
