Should I join Rapido or Porter?

Actually both are not so great. Porter has bad wlb, and all days WFO. Team maturity is not great. They are expanding outside India too, but opportunities wise you need to judge.

Rapido has got a big problem of thoughtworks people and founder know about it. Highly discouraging for other people. Met a mutual friend who always cribs. Wlb is not so great. They are experimenting with new products and willing to be profitable before becoming an unicorn.

definitely not porter, please speak to any of the existing or ex employees
