Should i join PEI group? (Private equity and investment)

I’m currently WFH in north and pei is offering me hybrid mode need to move bangalore, current offer they are giving is 18 lpa fixed, i think it’s not enough to survive in Bangalore, what should i do ? I have time till 16 feb
