Should I join payspace(acquired by deel) company?

I recently got an offer by the above company for SQL DBA/Developer role. I will be working remotely from India. Should I join this company? How is the work-life balance? How does it treat its employees? Is it a stable company? How is the growth now since it has been acquired by deel? I will be working as a B2B since the company is not listed in India. Is there any risk associated with that? The company mentioned I will not be getting PF, health insurance. Is this normal? Any inputs would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.
