Trending @Accenture; Should i join or not?
My current fixed CTC in Accenture is 7 LPA with 3 years 10 months of experience. Recently received an offer from NTT Data company i.e., fixed 15 LPA for the similar Data Engineering project which i currently working at Accenture.
What could be the reason of not going? Dumbest question I have ever see
It may be the dumbest question but i’m actually not aware of the work culture, career growth and company long-terms goals of NTT Data’s. So, looking for a genuine answer whether it’s a good place to learn and work or not..
