Should I join Ola or JLL?

I was laid off in April and have been desperately looking for opportunities since then.

Current CTC : 58L (Esops 64L) Experience: 8yrs Company : Unicorn startup Position : Lead Engineer Laid off in April

Ola Electric - Position: SE - III Offer not finalised yet but could be around 53-55L

Another offer I had was from JLL. Not a core tech company I guess. A Fortune 200 company. Chill work life balance, mostly work from home.

Offer details Company : JLL Position: Senior Software Engineer CTC : 53L + 15% performance bonus Stocks : $5000 (3yrs vesting)

I want to work for a tech startup as that has been my history all along but I am not sure about Ola’s culture. Has been hearing really bad things about their work life balance. I want to just join something ASAP as I have been interviewing for more than a quarter now. What do you guys think?
