Should i join IDFC first bank Gen AI team?

Graduated from Tier 1 cllg Role: Software Engineer 2 YOE: 3.6 Current CTC: 19lpa Offered by IDFC : 35 base+7 variable+45 LTCI(for the first year 14 LPA will be given as LTCI,in the second year 17 LPA will given and then the rest in 3rd year,but its like retention bonus for that year.If I leave before completing a year after getting any installment,i have to return it)
